Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. In this immersive, full-body experience, sound and mindfulness techniques guide you into deep relaxation, encouraging therapeutic and restorative processes for both mind and body.

These vibrations create neural, physiological, and biochemical responses, syncing your body and mind with the sound. It’s an invitation to unplug from external distractions and explore a deeper state of consciousness.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat, Pillow, Bolster (optional), Eye mask (optional), Blanket or Large Towel

Functional Strength
Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. Our Functional Strength training sessions focus on functional movement patterns to help increase your muscle mass, bone density and overall strength.

Cardio Sweat
Our Cardio Sweat classes are designed to keep you motivated and push you out of your comfort zone. These cardio based training methods are designed to take you and your results to the next level. Mixing up the methods with individual, partner and team workouts.

Hybrid
The best of both worlds – this class is the perfect blend of Cardio Sweat and Functional Strength.

Total Body Core
Fire up your core. This class is the perfect 15 minute add-on to your workout or if you are pressed for time – this class will get you sweating! A strong core is vital to body mobility and strength and is key to any training regime.
