We listen to your needs, offering you the support you need to move your body the way that works for you. And we strive to deliver the highest quality service to all our members, whether you’re in here every day or just doing your best to come in whenever you can.
Ever since I began my health and fitness journey 10 years ago, I’ve always known I wanted to help people by passing on the knowledge I’ve learned and sharing my experiences so they can improve their lives. I’m very passionate about the role nutrition plays in fuelling our performance, both in and out of the gym. Whether you play a sport or simply enjoy feeling your best, combining a structured training program with a healthy diet sets you up for success. I firmly believe that you get out what you put in, and the gym is a place where this truly rings true.
Hi, I’m Chloe
I have been dancing for over 20 years and movement has become an essential part of how I engage with the world. Full-time training and experience across a variety of styles such as, jazz, ballet, contemporary, commercial and hip hop have allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the art form, which I now love using to support and connect with others through teaching.
Fitness has always been right alongside dance as one of my biggest passions. Through years of training, I have learnt just how important strength, mobility and overall body health are, not just for performance but for feeling your best in everyday life. I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them connect with their bodies, build strength and enjoy the process.
Now I am excited to bring my experience and energy to Revs, where I get to share what I love with the community. Whether you’re here to groove, sweat, or simply move your body with confidence, I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way.

Fitness & Lifestyle Specialist
Sunday’s interest in fitness started when she was young and quickly developed into a passion. She participated in many sports as a child and started group fitness instructing over 20 years ago.
Sunday has worked in many gyms around Australia and loved every minute of helping people achieve their goals. She loves to move and strongly believes that some sort of physical activity each day allows us to have a clear mind, sleep better and to look and feel better. Helping people to move and create change, so they can prioritise an active and healthy life in order to live life to the fullest is her goal.
Sunday’s favourite classes to teach at Revolution Health & Fitness are Les Mills Body Balance and Body Pump. Come and work up a sweat with her in a Body Blitz class or catch her on the reception desk on Saturday morning.

I feel very lucky to have a job that doesn’t feel like work! From motivating others to move their body as a Group Fitness instructor, to inspiring others to feel their best through nutrition & lifestyle.
I am at uni full-time studying a Bachelor of Health Science, which will lead me to be a qualified Naturopath.
I believe everything in moderation, & I myself live by the 80/20 rule:
80% prioritising sleep, eating whole foods, home cooked meals, exercise, routine & self care.
20% enjoying life, having that slice of pizza with girlfriends & sharing a glass of red wine with my partner.
Life is all about balance & finding what works for you!
