Embrace the season of renewal with our SHOW UP IN SPRING challenge! Joining in is as easy as 1, 2, 3—literally!

 

How to Enter the Draw:

Attend the gym at least 3 times a week for 8 consecutive weeks.

Each visit must be on a different day (for a minimum of 15 min). If you come more than once a day, it still counts as just one visit.

That’s all there is to it!

 

Challenge Ends: Tuesday 26th November
Winner Announced: December (date to be confirmed)

SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. In this immersive, full-body experience, sound and mindfulness techniques guide you into deep relaxation, encouraging therapeutic and restorative processes for both mind and body.

These vibrations create neural, physiological, and biochemical responses, syncing your body and mind with the sound. It’s an invitation to unplug from external distractions and explore a deeper state of consciousness.

Research shows that sound healing may assist with:
Anxiety

Chronic pain
Cognition and memory
Overall mental and spiritual well-being

 

What to bring:
Yoga Mat, Pillow, Bolster (optional), Eye mask (optional), Blanket or Large Towel

Ask our friendly team at reception to get your blood pressure checked, as well as indicators for Hypertension, Body Movement and Irregular Heartbeat.

Hayley, Founder of Body Motion, has worked in the health and fitness industry for 12 years and is excited to bring her clinic to Revs Health & Fitness! As allied health providers, clients are eligible to access a wide range of funding options including private health, DVA, NDIS, My Aged Care and Medicare and many more.

 

About Exercise Physiology

An Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified Allied Health Professional who specialises in exercise and lifestyle modifications to treat, manage, and prevent a wide variety of chronic health conditions.

Functional Strength
Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. Our Functional Strength training sessions focus on functional movement patterns to help increase your muscle mass, bone density and overall strength.

Cardio Sweat
Our Cardio Sweat classes are designed to keep you motivated and push you out of your comfort zone. These cardio based training methods are designed to take you and your results to the next level. Mixing up the methods with individual, partner and team workouts.

Hybrid
The best of both worlds – this class is the perfect blend of Cardio Sweat and Functional Strength.

Total Body Core
Fire up your core. This class is the perfect 15 minute add-on to your workout or if you are pressed for time – this class will get you sweating! A strong core is vital to body mobility and strength and is key to any training regime.
