SMALL GROUP FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

REVS ZONE WORKOUTS:

Functional Strength
Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. Our Functional Strength training sessions focus on functional movement patterns to help increase your muscle mass, bone density and overall strength.

Cardio Sweat
Our Cardio Sweat classes are designed to keep you motivated and push you out of your comfort zone. These cardio based training methods are designed to take you and your results to the next level. Mixing up the methods with individual, partner and team workouts.

Hybrid
The best of both worlds – this class is the perfect blend of Cardio Sweat and Functional Strength.

Total Body Core
Fire up your core. This class is the perfect 15 minute add-on to your workout or if you are pressed for time – this class will get you sweating! A strong core is vital to body mobility and strength and is key to any training regime.

About Exercise Physiology

An Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified Allied Health Professional who specialises in exercise and lifestyle modifications to treat, manage, and prevent a wide variety of chronic health conditions.

In our Group Fitness Studio enjoy mind body, strength or cardio, and get your heart racing in the Spin Studio with blue neon lights to get you in the zone. Simply choose the way you like to move and get going.

Our friendly and qualified trainers are here to motivate and support you on your fitness journey. The benefits of personal training go beyond the improved results, you’ll also learn about your own physiology, correct technique and healthy habits.

Your little one will love this area! From the funky checkered carpet to the animal-themed wall art and cheeky little monkeys on display on the glass entrance, it’s designed for fun. Work out while your tot makes tea in the kitchen playset, builds with blocks, plays with cars, puts dolly to bed, or just enjoys some chill time watching kids movies.

Creche Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 11:30am
Saturday: 8:00am – 11:00am

Membership
Enjoy unlimited visits to our creche for $18.00 per fortnight.
